Old, because I have more than 50 years. What could be better in this blog ;-) ?

Wise, why? that's a great question. It is not me who decided thats title ;-)

While I have some experience of life that I would describe as multi-disciplinary and say that I have a tendency to popularize complicated concepts that may be useful to all.

I am a sport coach for over 35 years and during all these years, I have seen students and I had the opportunity and the chance to help some and some.

I also have seen the damage that could cause the search for performance at any price in the sport, but also in education and in the workplace.

Finally, I was a student several times in my life in areas as diverse as physical activity, sciences, management, computer programming, philosophy, journalism etc. .

And repeatedly, I got sucked in by The Nerdifying Process in my studies, in my job and like a coach .
 
I even had the opportunity to do a burnout when this word was unknown some decades ago.

All this seems to give me a bit of wisdom to some authors, the youngest of this blog.
